How to register?

  • Click on the “Register” or “Sign Up” button in the site’s upper right corner.
  • Fill in the required fields with your information including name, business name, email address, and password.
  • Click “Submit” or “Create an account”.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with a link. Click this link to verify your email and activate your account.

How to update your profile?

  • After logging in, click on “My Profile” or your profile icon.
  • Click on “Edit Profile”.
  • Update the fields with your new information.
  • Click “Save” to apply the changes.

How to change your email address?

  • Go to “My Profile” and select “Account Settings” or “Profile Settings.
  • Look for the “Email Address” field and click “Change.
  • Enter your new email address and confirm it.
  • Click “Save Changes.
  • A confirmation email will be sent to your new email. Verify your new email address by clicking on the link provided.

How to reset your password?

  • Click on “Forgot Password” on the login page.
  • Enter the email address associated with your account.
  • You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
  • Follow the link provided in the email to create a new password.

How to close your account?

  • Go to “My Profile” and select “Account Settings”.
  • Scroll down and find the “Close Account” section.
  • Click “Close Account” and follow the on-screen instructions. Please note that closing your account will permanently delete your profile and associated data.

How to create a group?

  • Click on “Groups” on the main menu.
  • Click the “Create Group” button.
  • Fill in the details, including group name, description, and privacy settings.
  • Click “Create” or “Submit” to establish your group.

How to join a group?

  • Visit the “Groups” section.
  • Browse and select a group you are interested in.
  • Click “Join Group. A request will be sent to the group admin for approval for private groups.

How to update your profile and cover image?

  • Go to “My Profile” and click “Edit Profile”.
  • Click on the profile picture or cover image section.
  • Upload your new image from your device.
  • Click “Save” to update.

How to add your company?

  • From your dashboard, select “Add Company” or “My Companies”.
  • Click “Add New” and fill in your company’s information, such as name, address, and description.
  • Click “Submit” to add your company to your profile.

Where to edit your company details?

  • Navigate to the “My Companies” section.
  • Click on the “Edit” button next to your company’s name.
  • Modify the necessary details and click “Save.

How to add your SMB advisor profile?

  • Visit “My Profile” and select “Add SMB Advisor Profile”.
  • Fill in the fields with your professional details, such as expertise, years of experience, and credentials.
  • Click “Submit” to add your SMB Advisor Profile.

How to add your own article?

  • Go to “Articles” or “My Articles” from the main menu.
  • Click on “Submit Article” or “Add New.
  • Fill in the required fields, including title, content, and tags.
  • Click “Submit” to publish your article.

How to connect with an SMB Advisor?

  • Visit the “SMB Advisors” section.
  • Browse and select an advisor you’d like to connect with.
  • Click on “Connect” or “Message” to initiate a connection or conversation.

What people can see on your profile?

  • The visibility of your profile details depends on your privacy settings. Your name, profile picture, company, and posts are visible to all users. Specific details like contact information are visible only to your connections.

How to send messages to connections?

  • Go to the “My Connections” or “Messages” section.
  • Click “New Message” and select the connection you want to message.
  • Write your message in the provided field and click “Send.

Where to find SME service providers?

  • Visit the “Service Providers” section from the main menu.
  • Browse through the list or use the search bar to find specific service providers.

How to view your connections?

  • Click on “My Connections” from your profile or dashboard.
  • Here you can see a list of individuals and businesses you are connected with.

How to upgrade your membership?

  • Click on “Membership” or “Upgrade Membership” from the main menu or your profile.
  • Select the membership level you wish to upgrade to and click “Purchase.
  • Follow the payment instructions to complete the upgrade process.

How to connect with support?

  • Click on “Contact” or “Support” in the main menu or at the bottom of the site.
  • You can use the form to send a message directly or find other contact details such as email or phone number.

How to invite your network to the SMB hub?

  • Go to “Invite” or “Invite Friends” from the main menu or your profile.
  • Enter the email addresses of people you want to invite or connect your email or social media account to invite your contacts.
  • Click “Send Invites.
